Police are still stranded with four remains of male children who died in the Lhubiriha Secondary School, Kasese attack last month.

The school was allegedly attacked by the Allied Democratic Forces-ADF rebel group where more than 30 children died.

Last week, Police indicated that seven remains of the bodies which were burnt behind recognition at Lhubiriha SS in Kasese by the ADF rebel group were still pending without being handed over to their relatives for burial due to the failure to receive samples from the parents to determine their identities.

Now, Fred Enanga, the Police Spokesperson says that by Friday last week the identities of three more children were recognized and handed over to their relatives for burial including the 16 year old Edger Atuwanza whose DNA samples matched with his biological mother Josephine Kenja, 18 year old Roys Muhindo whose DNA samples matched with his biological Father Julius Mbuza and a 17 year old Amina Rashid Biira whose DNA samples matched with her biological mother Getrude Kyakwiire.

Enanga says that they now want more biological samples from parents so that they can also identify the identities of the four remaining bodies for burial.
