Police in Kampala Metropolitan are investigating a murder of a 28-year-old Rwandan national identified as Dickson Kagame who was found lying in a pool of blood in a one bedroomed house which he has been renting with his friend.
Luke Oweyisigire, the Deputy Spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan policing area says that they discovered this after a notification from the residents of Masanafu-Kinonya, Rubaga division where Kagame was residing from.
Oweyisigire says that police upon reaching the scene they found Kagame lying in a pool of blood near a broken box where he was suspected to have been keeping his money which was recovered together with a hammer.
He says that according to the neighbors, Kagame was renting the room with his brother who is yet to be identified and they also allege that they heard a scuffle in a room before.
Meanwhile, Police in Kampala Metropolitan is also investigating a case of an arson which happened at Kyengera Mugongo where one Lincoln Kyatuuka is suspected to have set ablaze a four roomed house of his fellow resident following a misunderstanding.
