The former  deputy speaker of parliament who is also the Omoro county member of parliament elect Jacob Oulanyah has vacated his office and vowed never to return to it.

Oulanyah has handed over his office to the principal private secretary to the office of the deputy speaker Robinson Kawesa , carrying all his belongings saying that his term as deputy speaker ends today.

In a brief engagement with the press Oulanyah noted that he saw no need of continue occupying the office yet there are other leaders who have to use it.

Oulanyah promised to announce his next step in politics after swearing in tomorrow and that he was ready to follow the NRM party guidelines for any interested member for speakership position.
