The Bishop of Masaka Diocese Rt. Rev Serverus Jjumba has tipped Catholic Professionals from Masaka Diocese to be people with a difference wherever they are serving.

During their first ever meeting as Catholic Professionals, Bishop Jjumba told them that they have to evangelize the world through their works, protect the family system, preserve their culture, norms and values and the Mother Earth.

The meeting that coincided with the celebrations of the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker at Kitovu Cathedral on Monday reminded the professionals of the dangers of destroying the family system and the environment that generations and humans might be wiped out.

Bishop Jjumba has emphasized utilization of the “creation” sustainably for man to earn a living.

The meeting started with a holy mass in which Bishop Jjumba reminded the Catholic Professionals to be “Good Shepherds”, salt and light at their places of work, society and the world at large.
