Son in the middle
The High Court has remanded Brian Bagyenda a son to the Internal Security Organisation-ISO director, Colonel Kaka Bagyenda to Luzira for murdering his girlfriend.
Brian appeared together with his two co-accused; Innocent Bainomugisha and Vincent Rwahwire before the High Court Judge Moses Kazibwe.
They all pleaded not guilty to the offense of murdering Enid Twijukye, who was a student at Ndejje University and Brian’s girlfriend at the time after the judge reading them the charges.
It is alleged by prosecution that the trio on the January 4th 2017 while at Njobe Road in Luzira, Nakawa division at Brian’s home committed the offense after murdering Twijukye and after dumped her body in Namanve forest where it was later recovered by police.
Court has adjourned the matter to December 9th 2019 for prosecution to produce witnesses.
