National Resistance Movement (NRM) has warned refugees who may attempt to involve in the party elections with fake National Identity Cards, that they will be hunted by the arm of government.

The NRM Electoral Commission Chairman Dr. Tanga Odi while releasing the party roadmap for party Primaries for District Woman Parliamentary and Local Government Council (LC Chairpersons) elections in the newly created six Districts said they have credible information pinning some candidates circulating fake IDs to refugees.

The six districts expected to hold the elections on August 27th include Nabilatuk, Kaperabyong, Bugweri, Kwania, Kassanda and Kikuube.

Tanga cites out Kikuube district which hosts a bigger number of refugees from DR.Congo as one of the areas they are ensuring strict surveillance.

He further announced the roadmap for party primaries in Sheema County North Constituency after the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovations Dr. Elioda Tumwesigye who has been representing the area won  recently concluded Sheema Municipality MP seat.

Tanga calls on party members to present the necessary documents to contest for the area.
