Appearing today before Grade One Magistrate Valleria Tumuhimbise, Nanagwe has been given an option of a custodial sentence and a fine where she has been sentenced to pay a fine of 250,000shs or spend five months in prison.

The magistrate emphasized that he did this because the convict didn’t waste court’s time by pleading guilty and also that he considered striking a balance in the best interest of the child and the state thus the sentence.
