UNEB Board Chairperson, Prof. Marry Okwakol has challenged social media allegations accusing the board for under marking Kampala schools.

She says that UNEB doesn’t use any grading system that takes advantage of any category of schools in any part of the country as it is said.

Last week, a section of parents took to venting out their frustrations on social media platforms and accused UNEB of treating their children in the elite city schools with malice by under marking them.

Okwakol further says that instead of blaming UENB for poor performance of students, schools should seat and find out what the problem is.

She emphasizes that UNEB does not use a grading system that takes advantage of any category of schools in any party of the country since exams are marked under a conveyor belt system, where a candidate script goes through a group of examiners.
