The Joint Anti-Terrorism Task (JATT) Force have put up a serious manhunt against two notorious Allied Democratic Force (ADF) suspected commanders in connection to the alleged number of attacks using Improvised Explosive Detonators in the Central Business District of Kampala and other areas.

This comes after the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) released details of the same two ADF commanders Musa Hamosi and Habib Suleiman alias Kinaana for allegedly being behind the Saturday double blasts in Kampala and Wakiso.

The two blasts went off simultaneously at Kikubamutwe in Kabalagala and another in Nabweru in Nansana Municipality.

Fred Enanga, the Police Spokesperson says that Hamosi is the leader of a terror ADF group that was lead by Abdul Rahsid Kyoto alias Njovu who was last month arrested the security agencies on Lake Edwards during an aggressive pursuit and fire exchange by the UPDF marines and CMI following several attacks in Kasese, Bundibugyo and other areas.

Enanga says while displaying the photos of the suspects before the Journalists today noted that the task force comprised of Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), Internal Security Organization (ISO), Counter Terrorism (CT) and Criminal Intelligence (CI) have discovered that the goal of the wanted terror suspects is to murder Ugandans, and also cause panic and fear within the community.

He says that Kinana was also behind the bomb intercepted at Pastor Robert Kayanja’s Miracle Centre Cathedral earlier this year and others recovered at Mabiito in Nateete and one recovered at a church in Butambala as well as at Kabalagala and Nansana.

Meanwhile, Police have put a reward of Shs20 million to any member of the public that could avail credible information about two notorious suspects.

President Museveni recently warned that due to heavy bombardment, ADF fighters are now into disarray and many of them are trying to cross back into Uganda.
