Six pupils pin Head teacher of sodomizing them

Six pupils have pinned their head teacher for abusing them sexually on several occasions.

Didas Mpagi alias Bakulu, the head teacher of Real Infant Primary School in Wakiso district is accused of sodomizing the children between 2016 and 2019.

Mpagi on Thursday appeared before the International Crimes Division Judge, Justice David Wangutusi on charges of aggravated defilement.

According to the prosecution, the victims were required to sleep naked and Mpagi would then touch their genitals before penetrative them sexually.

The children who were aged between 10 years and 16 years when the crime was committed told the court that Mpagi admitted them on a bursary scheme and threatened to withdraw it if they refused to sleep with him or reported the matter.

The case was adjourned to June 8 for further hearing and Mpagi was remanded to Kitalya government prison.
