Sellers of foodstuffs return to some streets of Kampala

Several traders of foodstuffs are slowing returning to Kampala and streets of downtown

Vendors of food, fruits and vegetables have jammed the entire road of Kafumba Mukasa up to ham shopping center.

A team of law enforcement officers from Kampala Capital City Authority are arresting traders of basic commodities who hiked prices of commodities such as sugar, salt, maize flour among others.

Meanwhile several boda boda riders around the country have continued to defy the ban on Public transport; two days after President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni announced it.

But Police is arresting them country wide for defying the presidential directive that stopped all public transport vehicles and motorists.
