According to COSASE the payment was term as bad business practice, dishonesty, unethical behaviour, conflict of interest and lack of professional ethics.

The youth, under their umbrella body, the Uganda Poor Youth Movement, under their spokesperson Zaidi Sempala, have tasked the Media houses, international Bar, Association, United Kingdom Bar Association, Uganda Law Society and Buganda Kingdom to come out and save the tax payers money.
