Police through the Directorate of Criminal Investigations have increased a cash reward for anyone having credible information on Luggya Bbosa Tabula, the prime suspect behind the plot and assassination of Engineer Daniel Bbosa, the former Ndiga Clan leader.
Earlier, about Sh10 Million payment had been offered on Tabula and now increased to Shs20 Million.
Tabula, a self-proclaimed rightful head of Ndiga clan is wanted by the CID Directorate in Kibuli for allegedly being the brain behind the plotting of the murder by shooting Eng Bbosa in Lungujja and hiring the gun that killed the victim.
Fred Enanga, the Police Spokesperson says that the increment on the bounty has been done after receiving information from the sources that couldn’t lead them to the suspect’s location.
Meanwhile, Enanga warned the suspect that the more he hides the more the charges increase against him while those aiding his hideout are also risking strong cases against them.
Last week, security said that Tabula, a resident of Mpigi is believed to have gone into hiding in one of the islands of Lake Victoria.
