Opposition unveils joint political pressure group

Different opposition political parties in Uganda have formed a new political pressure group doubled People’s Front for Transition, with the view of liberating this country again.

Among signatories include Conservative Party (CP) , Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) , Justice Forum (Jeema) People’s Supportive Party (PSP) Uganda People’s Congress (UPC);faction of Peter Walubiri,  ,Dp block, Peoples Progressive Parry (PP,P) , People’s Government of Dr .Kiiza Besigye. Social Democratic Party(SDP) and Uganda Younger Democrates (UYD)

Among leaders who have witnessed the signing ceremony today at Justice Forum headquarters in Mengo include Col.Kizza Besigye, Lord Mayor

Erias Lukwago,Hon Amuriat Patrick, Hon Ssemujju Nganda,Hon Ken Lukyamuzi, Hon. Mike Mabike, Eliton Mabiirizi, Samuel Mukaku and Peter Walubiri among others.

Signatories on the new political pressure group say the People’s Front for Transition has been advised to desist from  conflicts but work as a united team to score to achieve their goal.

The former Forum for Democratic Change –FDC President Dr. Kiiza Besigye has been fronted as the chairman, deputized by Kampala Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago.

Besigye said they are to ensure that the next election is not just for participation but to defy for proper organization of the exercise since it is proved that polls only cannot remove the incumbent government.

The FDC President Patrick Oboi Amuriat told the congregation that their aim is to end cries among the public due to poor systems and service delivery in sectors like education, health as well as the corruption tendencies and human rights violations among others illegalities witnessed in the country.
