The opposition in parliament has returned to plenary this afternoon after the statement in response to their demand on human rights violation has been lined up on the order paper toady.
Yesterday the speaker of parliament Anita Among directed that a statement on the alleged enforced disappearance of person be tabled on the floor toady.
Being item number 6 on the order, the Kira Municipality Mp Ibrahim Ssemujju asked the speaker of parliament Anita Among to amend the order paper and bring the matter closer which the speaker adhered to.
However, the ministry of Internal Affairs wasn’t in the house of which the third deputy prime minister Rukia Nakadama informed the house that he’s on his way
MP Ssemujju asked the speaker to suspend the house for 15 minutes and wait for the minister which the house opposed to through a vote.
