The National Unity Platform NUP Principal Robert Kyagulamyi has called on government not to ignore the concerns from the family of fallen Speaker Jacob Oulanyah on what killed the deceased.

Kyagulanyi has said this at parliament where he has been this morning to pay tribute to the late Oulanya in accompany with LoP Mathius Mpuuga.

Kyagulanyi says that the issuance of a report on the cause of Oulanyah’s death will settle the doubts in the hearts of the family and people of Acholi.

A few days ago the father to late Jacob Oulanya revealed that Oulanya had said to him that he was poisoned which has annoyed the people of Acholi and the family.

Kyagulanyi says this should also be a Sparking time for government to come up and issue out reports on questionable past deaths of several Ugandans like ASP Felix Kawesa, NUP supporters and Muslim clerics among others.

Meanwhile Kyagulanyi has also condemned the Chief Justice Owinyi Dollos for his sectarian words purportedly uttered during the vigil of Oulanya in Muyenga where he said it was disappointing to hear from a certain group of people in USA demonstrating that the late Oulanya should leave USA and return to Uganda for medication.

In reply Kyagulanyi says the caliber of the Chief Justice shouldn’t have said such dividing words because it was not the first time diaspora people were demonstrating against government officials going abroad seeking for medication.

He cites former Mp Judith Babire and others.
