This comes after the arrest of Kisambira by the police in Kampala to facilitate an investigation into his recorded claims made in audio clips where he claimed he could cause an accident with the principal inside.

The Judiciary Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana during the press conference at the Judiciary headquarters in Kampala on Wednesday noted that Kisambira would have used the rightful means provided by the public standing orders as a public servant to address his issue instead of using social media.

Bigirimana says that Kisambira will be held accountable for what he did yet he knows all the procedures of addressing issues affecting the staff.

He however refuted allegations of little pay to the driver, saying Kisambira is among the Judicial support staff who earns almost 1.2 million shillings monthly.

In the audio clips, Kisambira is heard complaining about salary disparities in the judiciary for drivers and expressing his dissatisfaction with earning Shs200,000 since joining the justice system in 2008.

Bigirimana also highlighted how far Judiciary has reached as regards to the NRM manifesto among others bringing justice near to the public by  building courts and online adjudication of cases.
