The Uganda Prisons Services has denied reports that Jamil Mukulu, the Founder and former commander of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) terror group was found with maps of State House and military installations.

The reports indicated that the country’s security agencies are on standby and that Prisons Commissioner General Dr. Johnson Byabashaija made changes in the Luzira prison’s security leadership where Mukulu Kyagulanyi is imprisoned.

Frank Baine, the Prisons Spokesperson says that the reports are not true and they should be disregarded since Mukulu is on tight monitoring and has never moved outside prison since his imprisonment.

Early this month, ADF attacked Lhubiriha Secondary School in Kasese killing 41 people including 37 students.

Meanwhile, the Prisons Services have warned people to return the food items looted from the trailer that collided with another that was carrying tea at Kanoni, Gomba over the weekend.

Frank Baine, the Prisons Spokesperson says that at least 15 suspects have been arrested and 70 bags recovered though the trailer had other stores looted like sugar, salt, soya beans and beans among others that were on transit to the South Western part of the country.
