The parliamentary committee on rules, discipline and privilege has held a cross examination process in the case of Mityana municipality MP Francis Zaake of violating the parliamentary rules of procedure.
Zaake is being accused of misconduct and misbehaving in a parliamentary proceeding of last year 2022 in November as opposition constantly demand government to explain the whereabouts of the missing 18 members of NUP.
The committee which is being chaired by Abdul Katuntu is witnessing the cross examination between Zaakes lawyer also Kampala lord mayor Erias Lukwago and the CCTV police controllers at parliament who tabled a video Footage of the events that transpired.
Among the police officers being cross examined include the commandant parliamentary police division Steven Agaba, incharge CCTV analyst Paul Kutosi and others.
