The Shadow Minister for Internal Affairs also Mukono North Member of Parliament  Abdallah Kiwanuka is to petition parliament on Wednesday demanding explanation from all security organs on how the rebel group of Allied Defense Forces (ADF) entered Kasese and killed students of Lhubiriha secondary school in Kasese and later disappeared.

Kiwanuka says intelligence agencies like Internal Security Organization (ISO), External Security Organization (ESO), Police and Chieftaincy Military Intelligence (CMI) owe Ugandans an explanation on how ADF managed to commit atrocities and return back to Congo.

He says it’s unfortunate that the UPDF which has managed to keep peace in foreign countries fails to protect Ugandans at home.

Meanwhile, Nakaseke South MP Paul Lutamaguzi has blamed the killing and abduction of Lhubiriha SSS students on the government saying it failed to honor the US embassy warning on the likely terror attack in Uganda.

A week ago the US embassy in Uganda issued a third level travel notice to its nationals planning to move to Uganda warning over several insecurity concerns like terrorism, human rights abuses and others.
