Government is concerned about a section of Ugandans who have become Enemies to the Country.
According to the minister for the presidency Milly Babirye Babalanda while at the National Independence Day celebrations held at kitgum farm institute in kitgum District, enemies of progress go around the country and in the world tarnishing government image, programs and other achievements which is unacceptable.
Babalanda says such people are making Ugandans blind about any achievements forcing a number of them to ignore and distance themselves from getting involved in the programs aimed at transforming society from poverty.
According to Babalanda, government programs like PDM and Emyooga are aimed at transforming Ugandans to improve on their livelihood but the enemies of the country play cheap politics and mislead them to abandon or ignore such programs however government is ready to stand all such odds.
