The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, Dr. Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu has reminded the public to value life whether theirs or other people’s as Christians prepare to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Kaziimba said this while delivering his sermon at the joint Ecumenical Public Way of the Cross at Namirembe Cathedral gardens this morning under the theme; “I have come in order that you might have life – life in all its fullness” from John 10:10.

According to him, in most cases he wonders why people kill fellow human beings and those who grab other people’s land without thinking that they too will die and be buried on a small piece of land.

He further declares 2021 a year of healing for every kind of problem including the Covid-19 pandemic and calls on the public to embrace the ongoing vaccination exercise saying it is beneficial to human life.
