Police have launched investigations in a case where 10 Dutch women were allegedly attacked last night by unknown people in Bulange Zone A, Rubaga Division robbing them of their valuables and cash amounting to 26 million shillings.

The incident is said to have happened at around 4am, when suspected eight unidentified robbers jumped over the fence of the house, the victims’ rented and tied the guard who was armed with a bow and arrow before breaking into the house they have been staying for the last three years, robbing 10 laptops, unidentified number of Cameras, phones and cash.

The attackers are said to have cut and injuring five victims who are all staff of this Dutch Non Government Organization known as “Doing Good”.

Locals suspect that the mode of transport of boda bodas used by the women could have risked their security.

Police Spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan Area Patrick Onyango confirmed the incident saying they are hunting for the suspects to face charges of aggravated robbery, assaults and unlawful warning.
