The Managing Director Centenary Bank Fabian Kasi has commended the Muslim community in Uganda for being one of the leading groups to support Centenary Bank and its services making it to become the people’s Bank.

 

Kasi who was addressing a Congregation at Kawempe Mbogo  after handing over  100 bags of cement towards  the construction work of their mosque, said that the bank has been hand in hand with the Muslim community and it prides in supporting communities and improving the welfare of people around them.

 

Kasi says Centenary Bank is committed to giving back to their clients at this time of economic hardships due to Covid-19 and for the Muslim fraternity they have received one ton of Rice, one ton of maize flour and half ton of sugar towards breaking of the fast and Eid celebrations.

 

It should be remembered that this year Centenary Bank has so far reached out to Muslim in this holy month in Tororo main Mosque, Kabasanda Mosque in Mpigi district and Mariam High school Kisaasi , Kagunga Bugerere, Fort portal, Wobulenzi in Luwero and ended with Bwaisa in Kampala and Kawempe Mbogo.
