As the third lockdown of 21days approaches an end, cases of violating Ebola spread prevention measures in the two hotspot districts of Mubende and Kassanda have reduced with only 16 people arrested last week.

Since the president imposed the lockdown, Enanga revealed that the government has deployed various security teams in the two districts who are coordinating their activities with the district task forces.

Addressing the media at Naguru, the Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga says that among those arrested, 8 are pending to be aligned before court while other 8 were released yet 13 motorcycles and 3 motor vehicles were arrested.

However, he appeals to people in both Mubende and Kassanda to continue obeying the lockdown measures to avoid the lockdown extension.
