Nakawa Grade One magistrates Court Under magistrate Noah Ssajjabi has committed eight of the 22 AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi murder suspects to the High Court for Terrorism.
This is on the instructions of the DPP that there is sufficient evidence to pin the suspects of charges against them.
The Eight are facing a number of counts including, 2 cases of Murder were they are allegedly of killing the AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi his Body Guard and driver on march 17th this year in Kulambiro, abating terrorism, Terrorism and aggravated robbery among others.
However one suspects identified as Kyambadde Abdul Rahman lost his temper as the judge read them charges which paralysed court business that prompted the judge to force him out of the court room.
In the same way court noted the delay in the investigations on the remaining 14 suspects who have not been committed to the high court and also set 31st of this month to hear their bail application.
Among those committed include Abdul Rashid Mbazira, Higenyi Ramadthan, Mugerwa Yusuf, Bruhan Balyejusa,Kyambadde Abdul Rahman,Kalyango Jibril, Nyanzi Yusuf and Kasujja Shaffic .
Meanwhile the relatives of the suspects have attacked prisons for always denying them access to their people.
