The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman Wafula Chebukati is said to be taking the final tallies for all the votes cast on Tuesday and likely to announce the final results of the presidential contest tomorrow.

Recently, Chebukati said they expect all the 34B forms from around the country to be at the main tally city by Friday noon and after validating them, Results will be announced.

In a press conference held today by the National Super Alliance (NASA), the party Spokesperson Musali Mudavadi accompanied by Raila Odinga and other members demanded IEBC to declare their candidate as a winner of the just-concluded presidential election.

Mudavadi said that they had received further information furnishing them with results from IEBC data showing Raila garnered 8.4 million votes and the incumbent Uhuru Kenyatta 7.7 million.

He also demanded that Kalonzo Musyoka be declared a Vice President immediately.

Mudavadi, who is Amani National Congress leader, claimed a confidential source at the IEBC gave the data.
