Government has warned people who have plans to organize parallel celebrations of the January 26th Liberation day that will be worked upon by the arm of law.

Minister for Presidency Esther Mbayo while addressing the journalists at media center in Kampala about preparations for Liberation day Celebrations said that it is common knowledge that opposition leaders always want to organize diversionary activities on any national celebration in bad faith but have been contained due to good intelligence and security in the country.

This week on Friday 26/January/ 2018, Uganda will be celebrating 32 years of liberation and the main function will be at Boma ground in Arua Municipality under the Theme…Uganda’s liberation a significant contribution to our present and future development,

President Museveni is expected to be the guest of honor and to give out more than 200 medals to Ugandans who played a good role in liberating the country.

Meanwhile, People from West Nile led the Obongi County  Member of Parliament Hassan  Kaps Fungaroo have vowed not to attend the 32nd NRA/NRM victory day this Friday at Boma grounds saying it’s a mockery for them to participate in such collections when they are still under developed, have no food and power among other necessities.
