Govt, Buganda Kingdom to meet over Lubiri High School students’ dirty dances

Government is set to meet the Buganda Kingdom over an incident in which students of Lubiri High School were filmed in Midland High School bus performing dirty dances while travelling for an agricultural show in Jinja district.

This week, the Ministry of Education and the police commenced investigations against the erotic dances of Lubiri High School students captured on video in a bus.

In the video that went viral on social media sparking debate among internet users, some female students were filmed through the bus windows performing lap dance with what’s suspected to members of the opposite sex while being transported in a bus that Lubiri high school had hired from Midland high school.

Rose Akello, the State Minister for Ethics and Integrity while addressing the journalists today at Media Center in Kampala said that the meeting will involve officials’ in charge of education from Buganda Kingdom, Lubiri High School administration, parents and the two teachers who supervised the bus on that day.

She says they expect the meeting to come-up with punishment to the teachers who failed to supervise and also the students who participated in this immorality.
