The Opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Youth League is demanding the resignation and apology of the party president Eng. Patrick Oboi Amuriat and the Secretary General Nathan Nandala Mafabi for their actions that have caused a setback in the party and to the national struggle.

Divisions within FDC  sparked off last week as the party Spokesperson Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda pinned the Party president Eng. Patrick Oboi Amuriat and the Secretary General Nathan Nandala Mafabi for having received money from NRM for the 2021 general elections and the party leaders never accounted for it nor revealed it to other top party members.

Speaking to the press at Katonga Offices in Kampala the FDC youth League chairperson in Wakiso district Charles Nkonge called upon party members to avoid the ongoing propaganda staged by both POA and Mafabi that they are being fought because of tribal differences.

These say this is all nothing, they should agree and resign now or set aside to allow investigations take place.

On Friday this week the National Chairperson Wasswa Birigwa organized  the National Executive Council meeting to be attended by all FDC chairpersons across the country to discuss issues of the party elections and bickering with the intention of finding a lasting solution.
