The Archbishop of Church of Uganda Dr. Stephen Kazimba has called for positive attitude despite the trying moment Uganda and the entire world is facing with the deadly pandemic COVID-19.

Archbishop Kazimba says many are crying of the curfew, lockdown but it’s for the good for safety of Ugandans not to befall the effects the developed world have experienced.

In his Easter message during the televised service at All Saints Cathedral Nakasero this morning Kazimba said Ugandans should be joyous for the first three positive cases that were discharged yesterday and others yet to be sent back home.

He has challenged government to support the health systems right from the infrastructure, equipment to the human resources.

He has also condemned the increased domestic violence calling on husbands and wives to observe restraint, love and planning for the families.
