Capt Mukula appoints retired ACP Omara to lead operations for Arrow Security Systems

Capt Mike Mukula’s private security company, Arrow Security Systems Limited names Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sam Omara, as their new Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of operations tasked to keep peace and property of Ugandans.

Mukula, who is the Board Chairperson of Arrow Security Systems Limited while unveiling Afande Omara at the company offices in Luzira on Monday, said that keeping security is everyone’s responsibility but employing such experienced retired police officer is a bonus because they help in giving junior security officers what is needed to keep security.

Mukulu adds that employing experienced security personnel is the reason why Uganda has had a credited security system for over 40 years and it is the very goal why arrow security systems limited wants to do besides giving employment to Ugandans.

Meanwhile, Afade Omara has applauded the management of Arrow security systems limited for their efforts to support police in keeping law and order in the country and vowed to use his experience in security to help Arrow security systems strengthen its system of operation in as far as security in Uganda is concerned.
