Radio Sapientia has launched a special Christmas package for its listeners as a token of appreciation for their unwavering support and loyalty to the station.
The festive gift package was handed over to the lucky winners who participated in a trivia competition about the station, which involved calling in and answering a series of questions.
The handover took place at the Uganda Catholic Secretariat in Nsambya, where the Managing Director of Radio Sapientia, Rev. Fr. Dr. Joseph Mark Lubula, expressed his gratitude to the listeners for their continued love for the station.
He thanked them for making the station an integral part of their lives.
Speaking at the event, Fr. Lubula emphasized the importance of the radio’s role in fostering a sense of community, sharing that the gifts were not just meant to celebrate the season, but also to appreciate the station’s loyal audience for making it a success.
Some of the winners, who received their Christmas packages at Radio Sapientia’s home in Nsambya, expressed their heartfelt thanks for the initiative.
They spoke about how various programs aired by the station have had a positive impact on their lives, transforming them spiritually, socially, and economically.
Robert Wasswa Ssebunya, the Marketing Manager at Radio Sapientia, also took the opportunity to thank the listeners for their active participation in the competition.
He encouraged the winners to share the station’s programs with their friends and neighbors, emphasizing that Radio Sapientia’s content is designed to promote the holistic development of individuals and communities.
