Uganda Cranes fans want the Minister for Education and Sports Janet Museveni to suspend the current Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) President Eng. Moses Magogo over cases related to bribery, corruption and failure to produce accountability.

In a press conference held at Club Ambiance in Kampala, Cranes fans under their umbrella body Crane Namutima say that Magogo has failed to produce accountabilities for funds FUFA receives from government and the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) for the last four years.

This comes after Makindye West Member of Parliament Allan Ssewanyana called for immediate suspension of Magogo for allegedly violating and breaching of FIFA Statutes, FIFA Code of Ethics and FIFA disciplinary Code and resold 177 tickets designated to Uganda for the 2014 World cup.

Led by one Hassan Nakibinge and Ben Kasumba, fans threaten to hold a peaceful demonstration at City Square next week once government fails to take action against Magogo in the next five days.
Nakibinge says that they will be camping at the Ministry of Education and Sports and FUFA every Mondays and Wednesdays respectively to pressurize Eng. Magogo out of FUFA house once government fails to respond to their concern.

Meanwhile, when contacted the FUFA Spokesperson Ahmed Hussein, he declined to comment.
