Children have been warned of globalization that is affecting their spiritual and social growth.
Many young ones have been exposed to modern forms of development including among others internet, social media, western culture and norms that most times compromise the traditional system of child up brining, interaction with fellow peers and adults, attitude towards work and support for those in need.
This was contained in the address by the Managing Director Radio Sapientia Rev. Fr. Dr. Joseph Lubula to the children who turned up at Radio Sapientia premises, Uganda Catholic Secretariat Nsambya for a one day interface for mentorship, counseling, and teaching to live a meaningful life.

Fr. Joseph Luzindana the former youth chaplain Kampala Archdiocese pointed out character problem adopted by most adolescents that leave them vulnerable by joining bad groups, drugs and substance abuse, imprisonment due to indiscipline and lack of guidance.

On the topic of relations and support system handled by Ms Josephine Kasaato Mothers Union President Buganda Region, warned children against bandwagon and peer groups that most times mislead young ones.

The one day interface to guide and mentor the children organised by Radio Sapientia called Akaama Koluwumuula 2025 attracted over 200 children aged 12 to 20 years on the topics among others; income generation and saving, health relationships, concentration and mental support and children hygiene with more emphasis on having a well nurtured children who is able to become an asset to the family and the Country.
