Parliament is set to resume business tomorrow with several key items on the Order Paper.

The House will receive a statement from the Minister of Water and Environment on the performance of the sector during the 2025/2026 financial year.

Members of Parliament will also consider a proposal to borrow 31.98 million euros from the Government of France to finance the construction and equipping of the Uganda Cancer Institute Mbarara Regional Oncology Centre.

The House will further consider reports on petitions concerning graduates of the Ernest Cook Ultrasound Research and Education Institute, as well as former students of Kyambogo University over the validity of degrees awarded between 2011 and 2017.

Parliament will also receive a report from the Committee on Presidential Affairs on the livestock restocking programme in the Acholi, Lango and Teso sub-regions.
