Radio Sapientia’s end of year fete dubbed Entujjo Gud-bye 2025 threw the community of Bulenga, Ssumbwe and the surrounding areas in a hilarious mood and enjoyment.
The Entujjo Gud- bye 2025 culminated in a grand finale for the 2025 Sports quiz dubbed Kakensa where the youth, the winner got a brand new motor cycle from Haojue motorcycles located in Ndeeba, Kampala and the remaining four also won themselves prices depending on their level of performance; TVs, Water tanks, complete sets of solar system, pop-corn machines and furniture.
The event held on Saturday 8th November at Serenity Sports Oasis Centre Sponsored by Centenary Bank and Haojue motorcycles drew Radio Sapientia funs and well-wishers creating a moment fun to the surrounding community that enjoyed the football competitions amongst funs teams and later the musical performance from local artistes.
The festival grounds became magical under the warm glow of bistro lights, magical stage and powerful public address system from the Atomic Sounds that pulled crowds of smiling faces from around the area, bringing a sense of belonging and invigorated everyone, present.
The DJs played songs that rimed with the current youth generation including that locally known as “Ebinyanyanya” by Suuna Ben and Mbaziira Tonny.
The managing director of Radio Sapientia Fr. Dr. Joseph Lubula led the entire staff team to the venue where they had moments with funs and enjoyment.
In his brief address before the music and live performances from different artistes, Fr. Lubula hailed the gathering for sparing time to attend the event that is part of Radio Sapientia’s social cooperate responsibility and the Catholic Bishops of Uganda want the public to use this medium to be informed, educated and entertained.
Some of the other local artistes who entertained the crowd are Stabua Natooro, Kazibwe Kapo, Mathias Walukaga and Darks Katel.
