Outgoing Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs Norbert Mao has called for a forensic audit in Parliament.
Speaking to journalists at Parliament, Mao, who is also the MP for Laroo-Pece County, said several issues allegedly orchestrated under former Speaker Anita Among still need to be uncovered.
He cited concerns over alleged illegal recruitment, procurement irregularities and accountability challenges within Parliament.
Mao also vowed to continue advocating for accountability and fair legislation under the new parliamentary leadership led by Markson Oboth Oboth, warning that he would speak out if the institution loses direction.
