Celebrations have erupted in several schools following the release of the 2025 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results by the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB).
At St. John Baptist Primary School, Kisugu–Kabalagala, the school registered an impressive performance. Out of 63 candidates who sat for the examinations, 25 attained Division One, while the remaining 38 passed in Division Two.
The headteacher, Rev. Fr. Paul Gyaviira Muwanga, attributed the strong results to joint efforts by teachers, parents, and learners. He cited discipline, teamwork, and faith as key factors behind the school’s success.
Similarly, All Saints Primary Schools in Lweza and Katale are celebrating after posting strong PLE results. Speaking to Radio Sapientia, teacher and administrator Henry Katantazi expressed joy over the performance, noting that the school had recorded excellent outcomes among the 112 candidates who sat the examinations.
School administrators praised the commitment of teachers and the support of parents, saying the results reflect sustained efforts to improve academic standards.
