Women entrepreneurs have been encouraged to adopt technology and maintain business records to ensure the steady growth of their businesses.

The advice was given by Fabian Kasi, Managing Director of Centenary Bank, during the annual Women Enterprise Conference organized by Centenary Bank at Lugogo in Kampala, which aimed to empower women entrepreneurs on business growth under the theme “Empowering Women Entrepreneurs for Sustainable Business Growth.”

Kasi urged women entrepreneurs to embrace innovation by adapting to technological changes and to continuously seek knowledge in order to run better businesses.

He also emphasized that keeping accurate business records is crucial, as it forms the foundation of any successful enterprise by helping to track progress, make informed decisions, and plan for the future.

Additionally, Kasi advised women entrepreneurs to take advantage of Centenary Bank’s loan products, such as Super Woman and Grow Funds, to improve their capital, but he cautioned them to use the funds wisely to avoid potential problems.
