Manhunt Launched for Security Guard Who Allegedly Killed Employer in Ntinda

Police in Ntinda have launched a manhunt for a private security guard who reportedly turned his weapon on his employer, killing him on the spot.

The incident occurred at Mutinisa Motors and Driving School in Ntinda, where 53-year-old Anthony Mutinisa a resident of Bulindo in Kira Municipality, Wakiso District was fatally shot.

The suspect has been identified as 28-year-old Hillary Byaruhanga, a security guard attached to Donwal Security Company.

According to Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire, Byaruhanga allegedly shot Mutinisa before fleeing the scene in the deceased’s vehicle, which bears registration number UA 769BQ.

He is also believed to have made off with a bag containing an unspecified amount of money.

Police investigations are ongoing, and efforts to track down the suspect are underway.
