Today Radio Sapientia led by the Managing director together with the staff have spent the entire day with the parishioners of St. Charles Lwanga Jinja Kaloli Parish in Kawempe division Kampala District in its periodical visits to reach out to the listeners.
Besides evangelization, It’s co-operate social responsibility through its founding structures as a catholic founded radio station serving all category of people to promote their wellbeing.
Managing director Fr. Eustachius Lwemalika led three Masses, noting with gratitude the support and love the Catholic Church and the people of Kawempe and Jinja Kaloli have extended to the radio.
Meanwhile drawing from the Sunday readings Fr. Lwemalika challenged the congregation against religious hypocrisy where many live a double life believing in God and in witchcraft.
He said the illusion of achieving success after visiting witchdoctors, be it at work place, protecting marriages and getting riches is a misinformation, one has to trust God for he is everything.
Fr. Lwemalika appealed to the people to support church projects like schools, hospitals, banks and media houses because they are established by the Bishops to contribute to the public through service delivery for their wellbeing.
Later the community was treated to fun in sports and entertainment at the parish play grounds and many got gifts courtesy of Radio Sapientia.
