The Peoples Front for Transition (PFT) has called for action from all Ugandans over what they have termed as, the social, political, and economic crisis that have breed discontent in the country.

In a press conference held at the heads offices of Justice Forum at Mengo, Kampala attended by at least 27 representatives from opposition political parties PFT said that Ugandans need to join hands against the emergence of social and economic segregation in the country which is bothering every one.

The Chairperson of the group Dr. Kizza Besigye also the former president for the opposition Forum for Democratic Party (FDC) said that it is shameful for the country like Uganda to celebrate the 36 years of NRM liberation before dealing with the eminent problems like segregation, high cost of living, poor education, health services and now high fuel prices.

Besigye says PFT is going to move around the country informing the public about such problems including boda boda operators who are sill suffocated under the guise of security and covid-19 concern.

He challenged all opposition parties to join hands for the interest of Ugandans adding that they wrote to National Unity Platform NUP to join them but in vain.
