The Opposition Forum for democratic change along with the lawyers of Mukono Municipality legislator Betty Nambooze have vowed to storm Kirudu hospital tomorrow at 11am and pick for a better medical treatment.

The party spokesman Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda told the press that its better Nambooze breaths her last from her home instead of a government hospital where they allege that she is under prison.

Nambooze was scheduled to travel back to India for review on June 15th following a successful spine operation in November last year at Manipal Hospital where metals were inserted in her back following the September 27 parliamentary fracas.

Nambooze was arrested on June 13th over computer misuse and inciting violence in relation to her social media posts about the murder of Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga which her lawyers led by the Mayor Elias Lukwago dismisses.

They reached to the extent of accusing President Museveni to be behind the denying of Nambooze bond basing on his directive at the burial of Hon. Abiriga that no suspected of murder should be granted bail or bond.

At the same time the shadow internal affairs minister in parliament Muwanga Kivumbi has threatened table before parliament a detailed letter showing the injustices committed to Hon. Betty Nambooze.

Meanwhile Ssemujju said they are to petition the electoral commission against the decision in which their candidate Achola Catherine Osu-pe-lem was disqualified from contesting as the woman mp for Palisa due to uncoordinated names on her academic papers leaving the NRM’S candidate Faith Alupo declared unopposed.
