In a bid to have all customers access micro loans conveniently through the new CenteMobile Loans service on the CenteMobile banking platform, Centenary Bank has continued to provide opportunities for the general public to own accounts.

Today, the country’s giant bank has camped at Nakawa Market to have hundreds of people include market vendors, traders, taxi drivers and bodaboda riders among others that have no accounts gets them in order to access centemobile loan.

The service officially rolled out to customers by Centenary Bank in partnership with Craft Silicon, is an innovative loan product tailor-made for low-income earners who desire convenient and self-service options through which they can access micro loans for emergencies like paying school fees, purchase of goods and services, meeting medical bills, buying fuel among others..

Speaking to Barbara Ssinaa, the Centenary Bank Marketing Manager emphasized that through the CenteMobile Loans, a self-service opt in product, customers registered on CenteMobile shall be in position to borrow instant loans from as low as UGX.5,000 up to a maximum of UGX. 2million.

The Centenary Bank Ambassador Abbey Mukiibi believes that the service will improve the standard of living and ease the lives of all bank customers that will utilize it.

However, some of the clients we have found opening and resurrecting their accounts in Centenary Bank embraced the service saying they have been eased in accessing loans.
