The Archbishop of Kansas City in Kansas and Chairman of the Committee on Pro-Life Activities Joseph F. Naumann, has encouraged Catholics discouraged by attacks on human life to “hold fast to Christ, our Hope.”to fight this heinous crime.
Celebrating the launch of Respect Life Month this October Archbishop Naumann said we must cherish, protect, and defend human life at all cost
He says the Catholic Church, believes that every human life is born from the will of God no one should be abused, degraded or treated as nothing.
He cited advocates for the ligalisation of abortion, harvesting and selling of euthanasia, among them starving physically handicapped children to death, promotion of contraceptives, destruction of marriages and family and environment are all evils of the time that will never be accepted by the Catholic Church.
He encouraged Catholics, to deeply engaged in political and cultural debates, and leadership to cause a change that is desired by God in the world.
