A motivational speaker from the success Africa Ethan Musolini has challenged Catholic Communicators to break monotony and tap new opportunities in modern communication.

Musoloni says sticking to history alone will not help modern managers to change in their operations but rather sink the institutions.

Modern economy needs open minded people ready to invest in knowledge and research, network, communicate effectively and mobilize resources to invent products to change and address societal needs.

However he says to achieve this modern technology must be employed all time in this time of age.

Meanwhile Fr. Charles Idraku the head of social communication in Arua diocese emphasizes faith, truth and hard work as the first pillars to any communicator.

This was in a special session to catholic communicators about networking for effective communication and resource mobilization during the ongoing social communications workshop in Hoima.
