Court presided over by Wilson Wandera has heard that Saul Nzeyimaana, a resident of Wandegeya, on 18th of August 2009, while in the new taxi park stole a wheel car valued at sixty thousand shillings belonging to Mulindwa Deo, a resident of Kalerwe, a Kampala Suburb.

Prosecution alleges that since then, Nzeyimaana has reportedly been hiding until last week when he was arrested and detained at Old Kampala Police Station.

Mwanga 2 road Magistrate Wilson Wandera has remanded Nzeyimana up to 24th March2010 when the case will come up for mention.
