The woman who is alleged to have murdered the former army commander, James Kazini, has been further remanded to Luzira prison.
Makindye Grade One Magistrate Maxensia Namagembe remanded Lydia Atim Draru this morning after court heard that inquiries into the murder case are still in the infant stages.
Prosecution alleges that Draru, last November at Project Zone Wabigalo in Makindye Division in Kampala murdered Gen. Kazini.
She has been further remanded until the 29th of this month.
It is the 7th time that Draru appeared in court. |
