The Special Police Constable (SPC) said to have shot musician Moses Ssali, popularly known as Bebe Cool will be charged with attempted murder.

Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba says the police have compiled the evidence against SPC Alfred Achichan and sent the file to the Resident State Attorney for perusal.

Bebe Cool was shot four times late last month at Effendy’s bar, Centenary Park by Achichan after performing at the Zain-sponsored R.Kelly concert in Lugogo.

Achichan is attached to Jinja Road police station.

Bebe Cool has since been discharged from St Francis Hospital Nsambya after spending there one week.
